Tools on this website (including the insurance savings calculator) provide estimates based on published state credit ranges and typical premium structures. Actual results depend on your home, insurer, inspection results, and program eligibility. Estimates are not a guarantee of savings, approval, or pricing.
Financing
County-approved financing is provided by third-party program administrators and is subject to their approval criteria, availability, and geographic eligibility (currently eligible areas of Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota counties). We are not a lender.
Evaluation Requests
Submitting a request through our forms authorizes us to contact you about your request by phone, and by text message if you opt in (see our Privacy Policy for SMS terms). Submitting a request creates no obligation for either party.
